I am excited about being the McIntire Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)! I recently graduated from MU; this will be my first year being an SLP. I am looking forward to helping the students here meet their goals of being able to communicate more effectively. Every voice is important!
My husband Jim and I have lived in Fulton for the past 13 years, and we love it here. We have 5 children, 4 of whom are married (we had 3 weddings last year). I have two wonderful grandchildren with one more on the way.
Prior to becoming an SLP, I got a Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Political Science, and a Master of Business Administration degree. I was a stay-at-home mom for a number of years, but was heavily involved with community and homeschool education. When my youngest child went to college, I went back to school at the University of Missouri to become an SLP. I am looking forward to putting what I learned there into action and helping every child to become a more effective communicator.
